Dear Parents/Carers,
In preparation for our residential trip next June, we will be taking the children on regular extended walks around the locality. We plan to undertake at least one walk each half-term.
Our first walk will take place this Thursday (21st September 2017). Please could you ensure that your child has suitable clothing e.g. jogging bottoms/leggings; trainers/walking boots; waterproof coat. The children will be provided with a Hi-Viz vest to wear during the walk.
As you have already given consent for your child to participate in local area activities, there is no permission slip to complete. However, should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to speak to me, Mrs Simmons or Mrs Morris.
